- Manage daily schedules and technician assignments to maximize efficieny and revenue
- Dispatch calls based on technician skill, performance, and availability
- Prioritize same-day and high-value opportunities
- Adjust schedules in real time to handle cancellations, delays, and urgent needs
- Monitor technician progress and maintain schedule visibility throughout the day
- Coordinate turnovers and capture in-home sales opportunities
- Ensure accurate job details, notes, and documentation for every dispatch
- Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain strong communication with teams
- Audit appointments and identify missed opportunities or scheduling gaps
- Follow up on pending and canceled calls to recover revenue
- Support inbound booking during high call volume as needed
- 2+ years of dispatching experience. Call center experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to think ahead and make quick, effective decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.
