We are currently hiring for a Sales Representative position in the Fort Wayne, IN area.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and outreach
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client and business needs are met
Assist with matching qualified individuals to client needs and maintaining strong ongoing partnerships
Meet individual and team sales goals
Maintain and grow existing business relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion
Qualifications:
Previous sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or business development experience
Experience working in fast-paced environments with heavy client and candidate interaction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
Experience managing multiple priorities and following up in a timely manner
Pay is based on experience and includes incentive opportunities/commission potential.
