Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations-ensuring quotes are accurate, deals are properly documented, and our systems run smoothly. If you're a self-starter with strong customer service skills and a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain data in our CRM system
• Monitor email and phone communications
• Track order status and follow up as needed
• Ensure accuracy in quotes and documentation
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in administrative, operations, or customer support roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Comfortable sitting for long periods and working with computers and phones
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
