We're Looking for a Salon Manager
We're looking for an experienced stylist and leader who's ready to take ownership of a salon, build a strong team, and create an outstanding experience for both employees and customers.
This is a true management opportunity - not a management trainee position. If you enjoy coaching others, developing talent, and driving results while still working behind the chair, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing salon team
- Deliver exceptional haircuts and customer service while working behind the chair
- Create a positive, engaging culture that attracts and retains great employees
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop future talent
- Manage scheduling, productivity, inventory, and salon performance
- Uphold Great Clips brand standards for service, cleanliness, and operations
Requirements
- Valid Nebraska cosmetology or barber license
- Previous salon management or leadership experience preferred
- 3-5 years of behind-the-chair experience required
- Great Clips or similar franchise salon experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing people
