Express Employment Professionals is Hiring a SCALE OPERATOR
Location: Leonore, Ancona & Blackstone, IL
Pay: $16.00/hr
Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (flexible scheduling, Monday-Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate weigh scales to record weights of vehicles, containers, and materials
• Enter weight data accurately into computer systems
• Verify and document all incoming and outgoing loads
• Maintain organized records of weights and materials
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and team members
• Troubleshoot discrepancies during the weighing process
• Assist with general site operations as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Scale Operator or in a similar role preferred
• Strong math and record-keeping skills
• Ability to read and interpret weights and measures
