Responsibilities
- Accurately enter load information and scale ticket data into the company management system
- Generate and distribute weigh tickets for incoming livestock deliveries
- Assist truck drivers and delivery personnel during the receiving process
- Prepare and maintain pen cards, DOT tags, receiving reports, and operational documentation
- Maintain and update formula pricing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Verify data accuracy and ensure all records are properly documented
- Support livestock receiving operations through timely and accurate data entry
- Communicate effectively with drivers, operations personnel, and management
- Organize and maintain operational paperwork and reports
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and detailed information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience
- Previous administrative, scale house, logistics, or agricultural experience
- Experience working with livestock, farming, or agricultural operations
- Experience entering and maintaining operational data within business software systems
- Background in transportation, receiving, shipping, or inventory documentation
