We're hiring a Scale Operator for a key role in a fast-paced agricultural setting. This position is located in the barn, so applicants should be comfortable working in that environment.
What You'll Do:
- Enter load and scale ticket data into the CSB system
- Prepare pen cards, DOT tags, and receiving/stunning reports
- Maintain and update Excel-based formula pricing spreadsheets
- Support overall barn operations and production flow
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience with Excel required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to variable workloads and changing priorities
- Comfortable working in a barn environment (yes, it smells like pig poo - fair warning!)
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: Approximately 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, subject to change based on daily orders
- Starting pay: $18.25/hour
