What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain and update project schedules, including change orders and site requirements
- Obtain installation quotes and coordinate with subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on track by adjusting delivery dates and notifying key team members
- Work closely with General Contractors (GCs) to confirm site readiness
- Keep subcontractors and installers informed of schedule changes
- Maintain an installation calendar and ensure all teams are aligned
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules
- Experience in scheduling, logistics, or project coordination is a plus
