Primary Responsibilities

• Operate Davenport or similar multi-spindle screw machines
• Load materials and monitor machine operations
• Perform basic tool changes and adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
• Maintain production flow and quality standards
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience required
• Davenport screw machine experience preferred (training may be provided)
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation

$18-$23/hr + Monthly Bonus Program (Benefit Package Available)
