Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Delivery Driver for a fun and fast-paced client in the party rental industry. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing great customer service.
In this role, you will deliver and set up inflatables and party rental equipment, assist customers with safe operation, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups.

In this role, you will deliver and set up inflatables and party rental equipment, assist customers with safe operation, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with inflatables and rental equipment
- Drive a box truck to deliver equipment to customer locations
- Set up and take down inflatables and event equipment
- Provide customers with safety instructions and equipment operation guidance
- Obtain customer signatures on rental agreements upon delivery
- Complete daily delivery routes (2-10 stops per day)
- Assist with equipment pickups (same day or following morning)
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer interactions
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
- Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted
- Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
- Working in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
- Early mornings, evenings, and weekend work may be required
- Loading and unloading heavy equipment regularly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a box truck
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working in physically demanding and outdoor environments
Additional Details
- Shirt provided; clean, presentable shorts or work attire required
- Local travel required for deliveries
