Seed Laborer – Swing Shift Location: Lebanon, OregonPay: $18.00 per hourShift: Swing ShiftJob Type: Full-Time About the Position We are looking for dependable and hardworking Seed Laborers to join a seed processing operation in Lebanon, Oregon. This position plays an important role in preparing, moving, and staging seed products throughout the plant. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and is willing to perform physical work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Bag and package seed products according to production requirements Stack filled seed bags safely and efficiently onto pallets Wrap and secure completed pallets for storage or shipment Operate a forklift to move and stage pallets throughout the facility Load, unload, and transport materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, production, agricultural, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Forklift experience is preferred Ability to safely lift and move bags and materials throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions Why This Position?
