Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to support daily online sales operations. This role focuses on managing product listings, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from purchase to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain online product listings
- Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and update availability as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or online platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipping and order issues
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, product descriptions, and images
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience with online sales platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.) preferred
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Occasional light lifting if assisting with packaging or inventory
