We are seeking a dependable General Laborer/Roofing Helper to assist an experienced roofing crew. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist roofers with daily job site tasks and project setup.
- Measure and cut roofing materials accurately.
- Hand tools, materials, and equipment to roofing crew members as needed.
- Load, unload, and move materials around the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Ability to use tape measures and basic hand tools.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
- Construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required.
