Inventory Technician

Location: Seneca, IL
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; every other Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (hours may adjust with workload; early starts or additional Saturdays may be required).

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Technician to join a growing team. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely (certification provided; prior experience preferred).
• Offload and load semis, both enclosed trailers and flatbeds.
• Palletize larger orders and prepare products for shipment.
• Pick customer orders using a guided tablet system.
• Receive purchase orders into Finale Inventory system.
• Assist customers with product identification and order needs.
• Stock shelves, organize materials, and perform routine inventory audits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a MUST
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and tablets.
