What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs (leaky faucets, outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
- Complete interior and exterior painting touch-ups as needed
- Handle general groundskeeping, including trash pickup and basic landscaping tasks
- Respond to tenant work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Rotate between two fixed sites throughout the week
- Be available for on-call emergencies during off-hours
