Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in sales and marketing, preferably within real estate, development, hospitality, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree
- Proven ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Experience creating and executing enterprise-wide branding and business development strategies
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through strategic campaigns and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in privately held, entrepreneurial environments preferred
- Background in launching and marketing large-scale or mixed-use real estate developments
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide sales, marketing, and leasing functions across affiliated businesses
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build, manage, and mentor enterprise sales teams, including staffing, training, and compensation planning
- Oversee brand strategy, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and public relations efforts
- Drive business development initiatives across commercial real estate, healthcare, industrial, and hospitality sectors
- Provide strategic leadership for the marketing and leasing of large-scale mixed-use developments, including residential, office, hospitality, and entertainment assets
- Align sales and marketing objectives with financial performance goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally across business units to identify and execute growth opportunities
