Position: Service Dispatcher
Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
What You'll Do
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and direct daily maintenance technician routes and labor hours
- Communicate status updates with customers, technicians, service managers, office staff, and sales teams
- Answer phones, route calls, greet customers, schedule appointments, and assist with general office tasks
- Assign personnel based on skill set, availability, and job requirements
- Handle customer interactions, including billing questions and invoice inquiries
- File customer invoices, contracts, and documentation
- Review open call reports and ensure timely completion of service work
- Process paperwork, close service calls, and forward documents to appropriate staff
- Create and bill customer invoices for completed work
- Maintain service contracts and warranty databases
- Enter and post maintenance invoices into billing software
What You Bring

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience
- 3-5 years of office experience or administrative training
