Service Technician

Service Technician | 7:00AM – 4:00PM | Mon-Fri | $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr

 

This is a position primarily focused on maintenance, repair, and calibration of industrial and transportation scales ranging from pharmaceutical to tractor-trailer.

 

Qualifications for Service Technician

• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience
• Able to lift 50#
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Class "B" CDL or ability to obtain is a big plus
• Able to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
• Experience with calibrating equipment is a plus

 

Responsibilities for Service Technician

• Perform periodic inspections and calibration of scales
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems
• Troubleshoot electrical problems
• Complete mechanical and electrical repairs as needed
• Enter work order data into handheld computer system
• Prepare certification documents
• Communicate with customers on-site
