Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Service and Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and closing deals face-to-face. This dual-role position combines technical service expertise with aggressive new business development in Clark County. If you're a true hunter who loves the challenge of cold calling and the satisfaction of landing new accounts, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

• Hunt New Business: Conduct face-to-face cold calls to prospect and acquire new commercial and residential clients throughout Clark County
• Service Existing Accounts: Provide technical service support and maintain strong relationships with our established customer base
• Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to maximize market penetration in your assigned territory
• Product Demonstrations: Present solutions and demonstrate product value on-site with potential customers
• Problem Solving: Diagnose service issues and provide effective technical solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
• Sales Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, service calls, and customer interactions

What We're Looking For

• Hunter Mentality: Proven track record in outside sales with a drive to prospect and close new business
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn product specifications and provide basic to intermediate service support
• Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse customer types
• Resilient: Thick-skinned approach to rejection with persistence to keep pushing forward
• Valid Driver's License: Required for daily territory travel throughout Clark County

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-related industries
• Technical or mechanical aptitude
• Experience in cold calling and new account development
• Familiarity with Clark County market
