Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with product and service inquiries.
- Provide solutions and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Diagnose customer concerns and advise on appropriate technical service lines.
- Generate sales through consultative conversations and product recommendations.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Knowledge of cars, automotive parts, or vehicle systems required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve customer concerns.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
