Description:
Your work assignments and duties require:
- Crosstrain within department(s) and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Ability to run automatic, industrial sewing machines and sergers/overlocks.
- Ability to meet benchmark speeds and quality standards in a fast pace repetitive production environment.
- Ensures that the fabric and patterns are set up properly and within proper specifications.
- Help team members achieve team and department goals
- Ensures that the work area, machines and equipment are operating safely and are clean and orderly.
- Provides technical feedback to engineers and group leader on process and tooling problems.
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous Manufacturing experience in sewing machine operation (practical test required).
