We're hiring a skilled Sewing Team Operator to join a dynamic and highly respected dental equipment manufacturing company. This is a swing shift position, Monday through Thursday, offering competitive pay based on experience ($21.58-$23.93/hour). Requirements:
- 2-3 years of industrial/factory sewing experience
- Proven ability to produce clean, professional, high-quality stitches
- Proficiency in operating multiple types of sewing machines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to meet daily deadlines with accuracy and urgency
