Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Shipping Clerk in the New Lebanon, OH area for $17 an Up based on experience!

1st shift Mon-Thur. 7:00am-5:30pm

Job Duties:

• Order Processing: Pick, pack, seal, and label outgoing shipments according to company standards and carrier regulations
• Receiving & Inventory: Unload incoming deliveries, verify quantities, and inspect goods for damage before logging them into inventory systems
• Documentation: Generate bills of lading, packing slips, and tracking information. File regular reports regarding stock levels, damages, and discrepancies
• Logistics & Coordination: Schedule carrier pickups, track shipment statuses, and communicate with freight drivers and customer service teams
• Safety & Equipment: Safely operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is highly beneficial
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and basic database entry
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in counting, labeling, and verifying shipment details to prevent errors
