Salary: $19-$23 DOE

Various Roles: Warehouse Shipping/Order Puller

Schedule: Mon- Fri, 9am- 5:30pm ($20/hr) in Tualatin

Schedule: Mon-Fri , 7 AM- 3:30 PM with OT ($21/hr+ DOE) in Sherwood

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM ($19/hr+ DOE) in Wilsonville

Key Responsibilities:

Pull, stage, and organize materials for orders and shipments
Stock inventory and maintain clean, safe work areas
Read and follow work orders, shipping documents, and schedules
Use RF scanners to locate and move products
Sort and store materials by size, type, or product code
Assemble and stage customer orders for shipping
Maintain accurate inventory records
Use hand tools or power tools for basic product modification as needed
Operate a forklift (training and certification provided if assigned)

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Strong attention to safety procedures and use of PPE
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Mechanical aptitude; experience with tools and measuring preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently or on a team
Ability to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:

$19-$23 depending on role and DOE
