About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Shipping, Receiving and Product Associate (1st Shift) for an active manufacturing and distribution facility in Saint Charles, MO (63301).

In this multi-faceted role, you will take finished products across the finish line—performing final detail cleaning and touch-up painting before securely packaging materials for shipment via UPS or LTL truck lines. What You Will Do

• Product Finishing & Detail Prep: Perform final detail cleaning, surface prep, and touch-up painting on products prior to final inspection and packaging.

• LTL & Small Parcel Packaging: Securely pack, wrap, and crate materials for outbound shipment via UPS, small parcel carriers, and LTL truck lines.

• Shipping & Receiving Operations: Unload incoming shipments, inspect incoming goods for damage, stage materials, and prepare outbound freight documentation.

• Material Handling & Staging: Safely transport finished products and materials across the facility to ensure timely dispatch.

• Quality & Detail Verification: Inspect products before boxing to ensure finish quality meets client specifications and order requirements.

• Safety & Workplace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shipping and finishing station.

What You Need

• Shipping & Prep Background: Hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, detail prep, light assembly, or product finishing.

• Carrier & Packing Familiarity: Understanding of packaging standards for both small parcel (UPS) and LTL freight shipments.

• Detail Orientation: Sharp eye for detail when performing final product cleaning, surface touch-ups, and order verification.

• English Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write in English to follow technical work instructions, shipping labels, and safety guidelines.

• Reliability: Solid attendance record, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Saint Charles, MO 63301.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment evaluations and background checks.
