Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support a local company known for its quality products and fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on shipping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack components and instruments for shipment to customers, trade shows, and suppliers.
• Prepare materials for anodization, painting, and other production operations.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to secure quotes, arrange pickups, and manage shipping terms.
• Receive incoming materials, verify accuracy and quality, and process approved items into inventory.
• Record and track shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior shipping and receiving experience required; international shipping experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, sit, stand, and lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
