Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: $19/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, customer service, and industrial equipment or machinery components.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including freight and spare parts

Coordinate and complete daily shipping and receiving processes

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and document materials accurately

Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and securely packaging items

Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory tracking

Organize stock and perform regular inventory audits

Track orders, shipments, and inventory levels

Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

Assist with customer inquiries and provide professional communication and support

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification

Good communication skills and professional phone presence

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with inventory management software is a plus

Understanding of industrial machinery components preferred
