Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Job Details: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs. This role handles material movement throughout the facility, supports pick-and-pack operations, maintains clean and organized warehouse areas, and verifies product, lot numbers, and truck conditions prior to shipment. Accurate paperwork and adherence to company procedures are essential
Responsibilities:
• Receive and unload freight manually or using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Verify items received against purchase orders
• Deliver and retrieve product to and from work and storage areas
• Coordinate and plan receiving locations
• Track, store, and load recycling and other waste materials
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse areas, especially shipping, receiving, and pick-and-pack zones
• Package, wrap, and ship outgoing items according to SOPs
• Verify that trucks picking up orders are clean and free of odors
• Confirm products and lot numbers match the order before shipment
• Assist with pick-and-pack operations as needed
• Accurately complete all required paperwork
Qualifications/Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong skills in teamwork, coordination, organization, planning, and time management
• Ability to accurately maintain inventory records, documentation, and reporting
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, and related operational procedures preferred
• Dependability and personal accountability to complete tasks on time and with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions from multiple sources and adapt to fast-changing priorities in a production environment
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Reliable transportation and a history of excellent attendance
• Strict adherence to OSHA requirements and safety rules and regulations
• Ability to maintain and safely use warehouse equipment; must obtain certification to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, twist, and bend over for 2-hour increments
• Ability to occasionally lift various tools and equipment in the 50 to 100 lb. range, lift them 4 to 5 feet, and load them into trucks. Team assistance with weights over 50 lb.
• Ability to reach at, below, or above shoulder level for up to two-hour increments with weights between 15-25 lbs., frequently; up to 50 lbs., rarely
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders and various plant structures
• Physically available for work up to 10 hours a day
