Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls professionally
• Inspect lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and other equipment
• Provide accurate repair quotes and schedule service appointments
• Coordinate workflow and scheduling for shop technicians
• Order parts, manage inventory, and keep stock organized
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Skills Required:

• Mechanically inclined with basic small engine knowledge (2-stroke & 4-stroke)
• Familiar with fuel systems, carburetors, and general maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow with the team
