Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gas and electric golf carts
- Perform maintenance and repairs on small engines (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Ensure shop organization and safe working conditions
- Communicate repair timelines and equipment status clearly
Qualifications
- Experience working on small engines and/or golf carts
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
- Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both gas and electric engine systems
- Previous experience in a landscaping or outdoor equipment setting
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and battery diagnostics
