What You'll Do
- Perform framing, roofing, siding, and finish carpentry work
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Work alongside a crew to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
- Ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and productive
Qualifications
- Previous carpentry or construction experience required
- Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver construction materials throughout the workday
- Must have a valid driver's license to travel to job sites daily
