Express Employment Professionals is hiring Skilled Laborers for a leading manufacturer in Lake Stevens, WA. This is an Evaluation Hire opportunity offering stable overnight hours and long‑term potential with a company that helps build essential products for communities across the country.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.
Pay: $20/hr
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure quality standards
- Organize and store materials, maintaining accurate inventory records
- Prepare and package orders for shipment with precision and timeliness
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials and products
Fabrication & Production
- Cut and drill holes into flat bars using hand tools and measuring devices
- Shoot studs into flat bars using a stud gun (training provided)
- Assist in assembling stud rails and other manufactured products
- Support production tasks using power tools and fabrication equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
Safety & General Duties
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform general cleanup and assist with additional duties as assigned
- Handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods
Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and basic fabrication preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
