We are seeking a skilled Slitter Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating slitting machines to cut materials into specified widths and lengths. This role requires a keen attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Slitter Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products.

1st & 2nd shift available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
• Follow safety protocols and quality control standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery required minimum 2 years

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
