Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and position the SaaS product as the optimal solution
- Build, present, and deliver compelling solution demos
- Provide leadership during product trials, implementation phases, and ongoing customer success
- Participate in required product, sales, and procedural training to maintain technical and functional proficiency
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Respond effectively to RFPs and articulate the technical and business value of the solution
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to travel domestically 50%-70%
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technologies
- Ability to collaborate with teams to solve technical challenges across varied environments
- Solid understanding of competitor products, technologies, applications, and sales strategies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Highly effective communication skills-oral, written, and presentation-especially with executives
- Business analysis abilities, including identifying goals across stakeholder needs
- Experience planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales, sales engineering, consulting, product management/marketing, or training)
