Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking skilled Spot Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of welding and fabrication experience. This role supports shop-based fabrication within a production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate spot welding machine(s) based on work orders and blueprints
• Cut, shape, fit, and assemble fabricated metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of one year Spot Welding experience REQUIRED.
• Participate in Drug Test Screening and Background Check

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read blueprints, follow welding codes, and perform accurate layout and fit-up
• Strong math skills, including fractions, ratios, and percentages
• Familiarity with fabrication tools, mills, and material-handling equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
