💼 What You'll Do:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees
• Diagnose turf, shrub, and tree health issues (weeds, insects, diseases)
• Calibrate and operate spray equipment (backpack, ride-on, truck-mounted)
• Maintain accurate application records per WA state regulations
• Communicate with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction

🔍 What We're Looking For:

• Prior spray technician or lawn care experience preferred
• WA State Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)
• Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
