Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $21.00/hour
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
- Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities
- Operate saws, shears, and other steel‑processing equipment
- Pull, stage, and prepare steel orders according to customer specifications
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material‑handling equipment
- Measure, cut, and package steel materials accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or steel‑handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts or overhead cranes (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
