Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Stocker to join a local client's team. This role is essential in keeping the store organized, well‑stocked, and customer‑ready. The position involves unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload freight trucks and organize incoming merchandise
- Stock shelves and coolers accurately and efficiently
- Rotate products and check expiration dates
- Keep aisles clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with inventory and backroom organization
- Safely operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment
- Follow company safety and sanitation standards
- Help customers locate products as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or grocery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
