Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and team performance
- Drive inside sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and walk-in customers
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
- Manage order processing, pricing, and vendor coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing as needed
- Lead and motivate staff to meet sales and operational goals
Qualifications
- Required: Experience in plumbing supply, HVAC supply, or comparable construction/material distribution industry
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong inside sales background with proven revenue growth
- Knowledge of plumbing products, fittings, fixtures, and related materials
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, contractor-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
