Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing team in LaSalle, IL, in search of a production supervisor to join the team on the second shift. The ideal candidate would come with a strong background in warehouse or production facility management and leadership experience. Urgently Hiring! Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred!

Pay:

• $75,000 - $90,000/yr

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday. 2:30pm - 11:30pm. Occasional Saturday! Train on first shift!

Job Duties:

• Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
• Provide employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively.
• Help supervise sanitation operations as necessary to promote and maintain a clean and food safe environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement program to deliver opportunities in cost, quality, food safety and service.
• Provide relief to line operators.
• Ensure all materials are replenished for mixing and packaging rooms.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Evaluate employee performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for work performance improvement.
• Help support plant and company safety programs, promoting and maintaining a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements.
• Responsible for staging and replenishing all necessary packaging for upcoming shift by working with warehouse team pull materials to production floor.
