• Review reports to determine daily staffing levels

• Lead weekly & monthly staffing meetings
• Coach associates using Standard Operating Procedures
✅ What We're Looking For
• 2+ years' supervisory experience in a large distribution center
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of DC operations
• Great organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• WMS experience preferred
