Looking for a part-time job that fits around your schedule? Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Part-Time Parking Lot Sweeper Driver to help keep local retail properties clean and safe. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, operating equipment, and earning extra income working a few hours per week.
Schedule:
- One night per week
- Every Week: Sweep a local parking lot (typically 1-2 hours)
- Every Other Week: Sweep a local parking lot (roughly 3 hours)
- Average 1-2 hours one week and 4-5 hours the next
Responsibilities:
- Operate a parking lot sweeper to remove dirt, leaves, trash, and debris
- Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
- Keep assigned properties clean, safe, and presentable
- Report equipment or property maintenance concerns as needed
- Work independently while following safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience operating equipment or machinery is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment checks
- Dependable with excellent time management
- Comfortable working outdoors and during overnight or early morning hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
