System Coordinator:
Are you passionate about technology and hands-on problem solving? We are seeking a motivated Systems Coordinator to support and maintain critical systems within our facility. This role goes beyond traditional helpdesk support and focuses on in-depth troubleshooting, system management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues for facility systems
- Maintain and support operating systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory control systems
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users to maximize productivity
- Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades of software and hardware
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related challenges
- Create and maintain system documentation and reports
- Ensure IT infrastructure remains fully operational and aligned with business needs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems coordination, IT support, or a related role
- SQL experience required
- 1-2 years of report writing experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
- Experience with commercial Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Blue Yonder, JDA, SAP, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with supply chain or logistics environments
- Experience with systems such as JDA, NTV, Blue Yonder, SAP, or related tools
Additional Information
- This is not a traditional helpdesk or ticket-based support role
- Position involves deeper technical support and systems management
- On-site role based in Rantoul, Illinois
