Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Talent Coordinator / Junior Recruiter. This is a fulltime, day shift role providing exceptional customer service and assisting with recruiting efforts in a busy office in Everett.
This position involves hiring tasks, including screening job seekers, onboarding, scheduling interviews, and data entry, all while maintaining speed and a positive and professional atmosphere. The dress code is business professional and all work is performed 100% on-site. Hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call on job applications to screen and schedule interviews for yourself and team members.
- Process onboarding and E-Verify of all new associates.
- Juggle a high volume of calls while handling shifting priorities in self-sufficient manner.
- Assist applicants and associates in troubleshooting any IT problems they may encounter.
- Maintain rigorous documentation after every interaction.
- Greet and assist all walk-ins and callers with a friendly / professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information promptly and accurately.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Ensure job ads are posted and kept up-to-date.
- File, scan/upload documents, audit files for compliance.
- Collaborate with internal team members & work closely with decision-makers when other team members are unavailable.
- Cross-reference multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Screen walk-ins and assist in all recruiting initiatives and contests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of solid HR, recruiting or office experience is required.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Energetic and bubbly personality to keep up with a busy pace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new programs.
- Social media presence is required for recruiting through Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required.
- Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written is desired.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A pre-employment background check and skills testing will be part of the hiring process.
