Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and other metals according to prints and job requirements
- Fabricate, fit, and weld components and assemblies
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and appearance
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe working condition
- Follow all shop safety rules and PPE requirements
- May assist in other departments as need.
