Who We're Looking For
We are open to candidates who bring tax preparation experience or an accounting education/background. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial documents, and enjoy helping clients navigate the tax process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist tax preparers with documentation, organization, and client follow-up
- Gather and verify financial information
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support data entry, scanning, filing, and general office tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work
Preferred Qualifications- Active Tax Prep License (or experience assisting with taxes)
- OR an Accounting degree or relevant coursework
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak season
