Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Temporary Administrative & Customer Service Assistant to provide immediate coverage during a short-term leave of absence. This is a fast-paced situation where we need someone who can step in quickly, learn the basics, and confidently handle day-to-day administrative and customer service responsibilities with minimal training.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner
• Take and relay messages accurately
• Respond to basic customer questions and requests
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintain organized records and paperwork
• Assist with daily office tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers, staff, and the public

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Comfortable answering phones and working directly with people
• Able to work independently and use good judgment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required
• Must be available to start as soon as possible
