About the Role:
We are seeking a Temporary Leasing Agent to support daily leasing operations at a residential apartment community. This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Provide customer service via phone, text, email, and in person
- Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents
- Support leasing activities and assist with application processing
- Execute leases and related documentation
- Process rent payments in person and through property management software (Entrata experience a plus)
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Assist management with daily administrative and office tasks
- Prepare and reconcile bank deposits
- Support marketing efforts including online listings and outreach
Requirements
- Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling rent payments and financial transactions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
