Pay: $16.00 - $19.30/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00-4:00, 8:00-5:00, or 9:00-6:00
Assignment Dates: October 2025- Januiary 2026

About the Role:
We are seeking two reliable and professional Seasonal Receptionists to provide front desk coverage during the busy holiday season. These roles are essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, especially when regular staff may be out sick or unavailable.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Be a dependable presence to cover when others cannot

What We're Looking For:

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance - this is critical
• Proven customer service or reception experience
• Professional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and supportive in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or healthcare settings and trauma-informed care
