Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in aerospace, aviation, or gas turbine testing environments
- Mechanical and/or electrical hands-on experience with engine, rig, or test cell assembly
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation integration and development testing processes
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification strongly preferred
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble engines, rigs, and test systems to support development and engine testing
- Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems within test cells and facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues and support checkout and test procedures
- Support test campaigns through setup, execution, data capture, and documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and suppliers to enable safe, effective testing and continuous improvement
